The first two pictures show the music rack. The light bar bottom of the rack has three wood blocks between the front and back portions that are split in two. Probably a simple fix to glue the
front halfs to the back halfs. In the first picture the front half of the light bar is on top of the bottom half.
In the second picture the front half of the light bar is lying on the Solo manual. The cable lug on the end of one of the wires that go from the music rack light to the interior of the console needs to be replaced

The pedalboard was probably dropped or improperly wrapped. The back bottom corner and the board on the back bottom split. They Need to be repaired so that the screws that are used to adjust each of the pedals work correctly.

I have not opened the organ to inspect what I believe is a cracked speaker cone.
